This Week’s Dead: The Walking Dead News – Week of 10-19-2015

Hey there members of TWD family…here’s This Week’s Dead, your round-up of The Walking Dead news! If you don’t want to read spoilers from the premiere, scroll down to the show news section!

Last Night’s Episode:  Episode 602 JSS

JSS, EP602 was an action-packed, riveting episode for fans. For the people of Alexandria, it was a downright tragedy. Over the course of the show, the Wolves attacked in real time, killing the majority of the residents of Alexandria. Dressed like one of the attacking gang members, Carol heroically fought back, securing the armory and killing many of the intruders. Aaron, Rosita, Maggie and Jessie also managed to take down one or more of the attackers.

Conflict arose when Morgan preferred letting the Wolves go to Carol’s methods, and later in the episode, he ran off a group of them, but not before one took a gun. At the end, Morgan came face to face with the Wolf he met in the Season 5 finale, and after a struggle, he apologized before killing the man with his staff.

Meanwhile, Enid helped Carl keep Judith safe, and we saw a glimpse of her backstory and time alone before Alexandria. In the end, she vanished from the house, leaving behind a note for Carl that revealed the meaning of the initials that serve as the episode name–Just Survive Somehow.

Last Night’s Talking Dead:

On Talking Dead, guests included director Kevin Smith, actor Paul Bettany and Katelyn Nacon who plays Enid. Katelyn fielded questions from fans but was careful not to give too much about the character away. She did say that she “hoped” Enid would be shown again in the show and that if she was fans would be “pleasantly surprised.”
